The Dance Forum South expects and will accept no less than respect and proper conduct in the classroom both to teachers and fellow students.  In return the staff of The Dance Forum South will respect, encourage, and guide your child in their quest to be the best dancer they can be!

Missed Classes.
If a student is absent from a class, make-up classes must be made up within one month of the missed class or the class will be forfeited.  Classes may be made up in a duplicate class of equal age and level.
*Check with teacher or front desk for available class and time. 
**24 hour notice is required for private or semi-private students in order to reschedule class missed or the class will be forfeited. 
***There are no make-ups for unlimited classes.
****There will be no refunds or credits for absentees. 

Dress Code.
*Proper dance attire is required (leotard & shoe attire).
*Neat and clean appearance with hair pulled off face.
*Black leotard and pink tights, hair in a neat bun required for all graded ballet classes.
*Please do not wear jewelry or bring in valuable items to the dance studio.
*Dance Forum is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

Class Observation.

Parents are permitted to observe a portion of their child's class the 1st full week in November and February.  Check with teachers for specific observation time. 

Recital & Costumes.
All eligible students will perform in May's recital.
​*A non-refundable costume deposit of $30 is due, per child, per class in November, followed by the balance due in January.
*Costumes cannot be canceled after December 1st.
*If child does not continue with class the full balance  of costume will be your responsibility.
*You may pick up the costume at the studio during the last week of classes. 
​*All costumes must be picked up by May 31 of ordered year.
