The Dance Forum South expects and will accept no less than respect and proper conduct in the classroom both to teachers and fellow students.  In return the staff of The Dance Forum South will respect, encourage, and guide your child in their quest to be the best dancer they can be!

Missed Classes

If a student is absent from a class, make-up classes must be made up within one month of the missed class or the class will be forfeited.  Classes may be made up in a duplicate class of equal age and level.

*Check with teacher or front desk for available class and time. 

**24 hour notice is required for private or semi-private students in order to reschedule class missed or the class will be forfeited. 

***There will be no refunds or credits for absentees. 

Recital & Costumes

All eligible students will perform in the May recital.  A $25.00, per costume, nonrefundable deposit is due in November.  Costumes will be distributed in May and a parent or guardian must be in attendance for the costume to be released.

*Costumes not picked up by the end of May will be forfeited.

Payment & Fees

Lessons may be paid for in advance for the entire course or on a per monthly basis, due the first week of each month.  Payments made after the second week will be charged a $5.00 late fee.  Fee's are based on a 30-hour course schedule regardless of how many weeks per month.  May payment (due in April) will be credited toward your classes, rehearsal and rental of recital facility.  When your account is paid in full you will receive 2 tickets to see one recital.  Additional tickets will be made available for a fee.

* A $30.00 registration fee per family is due at the time of registration or with the first month's tuition.

* There is a $25.00 bank charge for all returned checks!

* Sorry, absolutely NO refunds or extension on fees!
